Randy E. Fogle, CPA
Title: Accounting & Auditing Manager
Bio: Graduate of Wright State University – Dayton, Ohio with B.S. in Accounting and a minor in Computer Science. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1980, and has worked in public accounting for over 25 years. He works primarily with small and medium size closely held businesses, providing audit, review, and compilation services for construction contractors, government contractors, manufacturers, wholesale distributors, and non-profit organizations. He also provides management advisory services, tax, consulting, merger and acquisition due diligence, SOX compliance and testing, and internal control design and implementation support services.
In addition, he spent 5 years working in the construction industry as the Chief Financial Officer for a construction holding company.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Ohio society of CPAs, and is active participant in the Dayton Tooling & Manufacturing Association. He is also the chairman of the finance committee for Dayton Defense, the Dayton Area Defense Contractors Association.
