Bio: Mark founded the firm in 1981 and has been instrumental in helping the firm grow to its current stature.
Mark regularly provides services to clients in the manufacturing, construction, and service industries in both commercial and federal government contracting environments. Mark plays an active role in servicing new clients for the firm, sharing his in-depth knowledge of successful business practices. He specializes in business advisory services, including tax and strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, financing, ownership succession, and estate and financial planning.
Mark is a graduate of Wright State University, and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Ohio Society of CPAs, and is involved with charitable and not for profit organizations on a volunteer basis.
